MULTI TERRAIN COURSES
Alpinecoaching specialise in the Multi terrain course. This is one of our most popular courses and aims to really develop your “all mountain” skills. No part of the mountain is too much, we tackle the steeps and off piste, we head in to the bumps and we learn to carve up the piste. This course put you firmly in the driving seat and teaches you how to deal with the multi dimensional, ever changing mountain environment.
OFF PISTE WEEKEND COURSES
Ski Off piste in Europe’s freeride Capital Chamonix. This course aims to develop the skills necessary to really excel in the off piste environment. You will tackle everything the back country has to offer, be it powder or variable. During this course you will learn more about back country safety and how to use all the necessary safety equipment, and you will learn the basics of mountain awareness under guidance from one of our professionals.
There is also an option to take a day with a mountain guide (IFMGA) or learn the basics of touring using skins.
Intro to Touring - So you can ski off piste and now you want to venture further? Our professionals (EMS qualified or IFMGA guides) will teach you the basics to get you skinning (walking on skis with skins to access off piste).

This is team draws on the experience of trainers who are expert in instructor training and development, race and performance coaching, and mountain awareness / off piste safety. Our trainers hold the highest qualifications world wide and are ready to develop YOUR skills. If you are working towards a specific instructor qualification or module we can bespoke our courses to match your needs.
Instructor training is also available in the UK at The Snow Centre Hemel hempstead.
BASS CHAMONIX COURSES in association with ALPINECOACHING
3 DAY WEEKEND COURSE OFF PISTE ADVENTURE
2 Days of Off piste coaching in small groups (max 6) with specialist instructors + 1 day skiing classic Chamonix route with a high mountain guide IFMGA.
RACE ACADEMY
BASI MEMBERS EUROPEAN SPEED TEST TRAINING: Instructors who wish to work in Europe now need to take a speed test as part of their International ski teacher's qualification. This course provides training to enable the instructor to develop an understanding of racing and develop their own performance as racers. We also seek to train alongside young FIS racers from Tirol, to introduce the element of competition during training and give a visual model to work towards. Additionally, we are able to submit entries to Austrian local and county races, and some international events. This gives our trainees a chance to race against some of the best in the world and gain experience in a race situation.
